We spend an increasing large portion of our time pro-actively monitoring your systems and network to identify issues before they occur. If we can identify a particular issue just as it starts to appear, and resolve it, the chances are that you’ll never even notice there was a problem.
We monitor your system back-ups, not only to ensure that they have completed successfully, but also to do test restore of files, anti-virus, to make sure you are receiving the latest definitions and disk space.
